I called Precision because our 33-year-old garage door has never sealed properly, and the garage door was making some weird sounds when it was opened or closed. When Jack, the service man arrived, he went right to work analyzing our problems. It was much worse than we thought because our belt on the opener had shredded and was about to break. Also, our aluminum garage door cables were fraying, and it wouldn’t be too much longer until they broke, too. Jack was very kind and professional, and he explained all of our garage door issues in detail. We decided to replace all the faulty cables, wheels, and the door bottom seal. We also upgraded the garage door opener motor, belt, remote controls, and spring. We are so glad we did! Our garage door now operates more smoothly and quietly. Also, the door is now sealing properly. We’re extremely happy with the work that Jack did, and we highly recommend this company!!!

I had been calling all garage doors businesses but nobody answered the phone. My garage door was making squeaky noise for quite sometimes. I don’t like leaving messages. So today I tried to call two businesses one didn’t answer but Precision garage door customer service answered the phone. So today is my lucky day. Plus the lady who took my information was very friendly and she assured me that someone would be coming over to give me an estimate. Within minutes the technician named Jordan had been calling me and finally left me a message that he was on his way. Sure enough he was here within short period of time. He inspected the door and gave me the price and said that he would do the job right away. To double plus that he’s very friendly, very respectful and means business. He resolved the problem accordingly and it wasn’t making noises anymore. Jordan is a very reliable person and he kept his word that he was on his way. He’s a person of integrity. I can count on him. It’s very important to me that there are still people like him who valued customer. Had Jack and another gentleman come out to our house on 9-16-19 and look at our garage door. He went over the cost involved in replacing the panel and other things that were in need of replacement. After discussing and looking at options, we opted for a completely new insulated door. They returned today, 9-17-19, at the time we asked and got to work and had it done in around 2 hours. Jack went over a number of things after the installation was complete and my wife & I are extremely happy with the new door, and how quiet it operates and the overall service provided. He also explained how the safety features of the garage door opener worked and what to look for as well. Thanks again and much appreciated..
