What a great company they come to my house on sat when I was having trouble with my garage door opening slow they had installed new door for me about 18 months ago but did not replace motor at my request he found problem was my electric plug was bad on one side he plugged it in other side works prefect I asked him what I owed he said nothing goes to show what is nice about doing business with this company thanks gene

The vehicle was clearly marked. Highly trained uniformed technician with identification. Technician installed a new door opener. He was professional and personable. He answered all my questions and let me practice opening the door with the string and locking it if power goes off. Great service overall rating of 5.

My garage door spring broke Sunday night. I called Precision Monday after a google search. Jack and another tech arrived promptly and on our agreed early time (10 minutes b4 set appt). They were efficient and very courteous during the install. The Job was done in under an hour. I highly recommend Precision for anyone looking for garage door repairs,etc.
