The keypad opener on my garage door stopped working. I made an appointment with you to replace it. Your repairman first tried reprogramming it. That worked. He said a power outage may have caused the problem. The company who originally installed it did not leave any documentation. Your tech showed me how to reprogram it in case this happens again. I'm a happy customer!
