The garage door opener had stopped working. Chas was great. He kept me informed every step of the way as he diagnosed the problem. Ended up having to replace the garage door opener. Before he left he tightened up the nuts and bolts of the door and lubed and oiled the hinges and rails. The door has never been quieter.

I was at a high school graduation party last night and the husband of a friend of mine recommended your company. Walker was great! He explained several options for a new garage opener. He was very knowledgeable and polite! He worked quickly to complete the job. He tried several times to get the old keypad to work, unfortunately he was not successful, but I am thrilled to have a new one that I can operate. I called about 11:15 am my door was broken. The problem was I had a Doctor appointment at 12:30. I was told that the service technician will be here between 2_4 pm the man showed up about 2:30 I did not get home until 3:15 the work was done cleaned up and my door worked again. The call center gave me a not so subtle bait and switch pricing estimate. I told the agent I had a 16', non insulated metal door with a broken torsion spring. They gave me the estimate of $100 - $360 for spring and labor to replace based on the type of spring. When the repairman came out his estimate was $1187. He priced an upgraded spring and tried to sell me a split spring system, longer warrenty, ETC.. When I told him the quoted amount from the call center, he told me that was for a basic spring ($378). Three year warrenty instead of 10. Then he gave me the call center discount down to $360. Then I asked for the AARP discount which he applied. The repairman was professional, did explain that the plastic bearing on the torsion bar was sub standard and I did upgrate to steel ball bearing unit. That was good information.... Had I not previously been a handy man I could have easily been duped into a more costly repair.... Would only recommend to someone who digs deep in the deceptive pricing... Good service, deceptive pricing... FYI, the $100 repair was only for the old type of spring where there is one on each end of door, not torsion bar!! That was deceptive because I told them "Torsion" spring.... Great service, deceptive pricing...

Great experience all around. I contacted them through their online chat option on a Sunday afternoon, and had a technician at my house the next day for installation of a new opener. Communication was easy, and the technician's (Joe) service was the best I've gotten anywhere in a while. He was communicative, explained everything, knew the exact price of every piece I asked about, and completed the whole install in about 2 hours, including programming our remotes and wall plate. Would definitely recommend.

I choose precision from all their commercials on t.v.!! Even though I was satisfied with the service I feel all of their parts were over priced! I paid more for 2 springs, eight hinges and a can of lubricant spray then I paid for my 2 1/2 car garage door!! I though $ 1,181.00 was way to much!
