Precision Garage Door was excellent from initial call with, Lexi to technician, Adam coming out to do an estimate for repair/replacement of the garage door. Adam was quick to find the problems with door and was able to justify that only a repair of the current garage door was necessary. From initial call to completion of repair was approximately less than 3 hours on a Tuesday. Will definitely use again in the event that I have another garage door that needs to be repaired timely.

Thomas came by and was super informative and kind! My wife and I were a bit hesitant on what to do since we needed to have the counter balance spring exchanged since the side mount opener would not work with the spring that was installed on our door. Sensors not working. Quote $379 to fix. Would take 5 minutes if he has parts. Asked for how much are parts and labor? Said did not know company just gives a price. Looked up parts for the specific model. $15.97 to $32.97. He could not answer why they want $379 for a simple fix. I said no way for 5-10 minutes work. They Charged $49.95 to tell me what I told them was wrong. 5 minute discussion. I purchased the garage door opener from them previously. Suggest you go somewhere else for service. Poor actions on their part.

Replaced an older under powered garage door opener that finally gave out. I knew that the older garage door was to heavy for the unit we had and after researching many options, called Precision. Technician Dave came out at scheduled time, we discussed the many options and was just going to go with the new genie opener, but decided to upgrade with replacing the track and one heavier spring for less stress on the motor. Dave was very efficient, did not pressure to add on, talk me into something and answered or addressed my concerns. I did spend more than I had planned, but overall, felt the professional installation and the ease of future comfort knowing a quality opener, and installation was in place.
