I really liked Alana who put together our estimate for insurance. She is totally awesome. That being said a mistake was made on the estimate where the garage door opener dollar amount was not issued to insurance on the estimate. We spoke with her and decided we all make mistakes and offered to pay 250.00 out of pocket for them to install the garage door opener. We were told they use a standard genie garage opener at the cost of 499.00. All was fine until the door was installed and we went out and seen they installed the cheapest genie opener valued at 160.00 that appeared it was for a 1 car garage. I would also like to say the installer of the garage door & opener was awesome as well. That’s not good business practice especially since it was their error. I’ve called to have them remove and refund our money for the garage door opener. They agreed but to date the money hasn’t made it back to our card. I intend to report this to the BBB.

Mr. Thomas Timmons is a great asset to your company. He is knowledgeable, polite, hard working, and friendly. Who could ask for more? Because our garage door opener was malfunctioning and the computer in it was unpredictable, I chose to purchase a new Liftmaster. We had another brand at present which Mr. Timmons said could possibly last for some time yet, but I was concerned for our safety and security. I felt no pressure to purchase a new one at this time. That was my decision. After installing it, he went through all of the details of using the new Liftmaster and its apps. I appreciated his patience in explaining everything and encouraged me to call if I needed any further help with its operation. Since I have never used apps, he said he would be glad to come back to help me with anything I didn't understand including the app for the camera on the Liftmaster. When I call back for safety maintenance in a year, I would be very pleased to have him come.

I had a great experience getting a new garage door opener. Precision came the day after I requested an appointment, priced options and installed the new opener as soon as I made my choice. My tech programmed the keypad and helped me program my car buttons. Overall I was quite happy with the experience. I highly recommend.

I had a broken spring spring that was replaced and upon inspection I was advised that I also needed the cables and rollers and other items replaced which were also replaced. I was impressed with highly skilled technition and the speed and quality of the repair. He was very professional and courteous. The only issue I have is with the cost. E.g. almost $500 each for the price of each spring costing $1000 for two springs is totally outrageous. This is the only reason I rated your company 4 stars instead of 5

One of the springs on our garage door broke so we called this company. We’ve had this happen before so knew that more than likely both springs would need to be replaced. When the technician came, he recommended to get the bearings done as well. I accepted his estimate And he did the work in about 45 minutes. Then my husband came home and saw that we had paid $1300 for the work and almost blew a gasket. It turns out that springs can be purchased at Home Depot for $75 apiece and bearings don’t cost that much more . So Precision Door applied a huge markup to the materials and charged an outrageous amount for the labor. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of seniors!
