Selected Precision based on TV.ad & 7 day service. Service tech Patrick arrived 8:30am on Sunday. Replaced door opener motor & new door spring. Service was efficient & through. Job was completed in about 2 hours. Patrick was personable & professional. We were well pleased with overall experience.

The work was great. The installer was great. I have not received a receipt. I was disappointed that I did not receive a paper copy on site. I was told an email would be sent right away. Still have not received it or the warrantee information. No paperwork at all. As good as your employee was your accounting is bad. I chose Precision because the companies I used are out of business or too busy. Your pricing was a lot more. The work was great. And done the same day.

Adam H. arrived exactly on schedule, performed a few tests and was able to reprogram the pair of remote openers. He was thoroughly professional, explained each part of the service and why he was doing it. I hope there are no more problems but if there are, I will definitely call Precision and will ask if Adam is available. This is what service should be like!

Jeff Johnson in sales and Lake installer were great to work with. Lake did an outstanding job, at least so far 2 days in, all seems to be working fine and looks great. Very pleased! Only issue was internal to Precision, either warehouse or scheduler. They marked for Lake that it was "door only" job, when indeed it was the whole thing to include new Genie motor, keypad, remotes, the works. Someone from warehouse had to bring all of that to Lake during job. NOT Lake's fault. I used to be in business myself so thought precision would like to know.

on 9/5/2024 I contacted the Hilliard location Aaron? came to my house around 6:30pm to fix my door which needed leveled. Since I purchased my Garage door in Nov.2021 it was still under warranty. The Service Tech was very nice and fixed the issue but the bottom seal still had a gap where the door met the concrete. He told me that since I was a customer that he could provide the seal at a 25% discount off the price of $369 and the price was $270. He did tell me that if I didn't like it he could take it off but I felt bad for him to do that. I since priced these at Home Depot and Amazon and the most expensive one for a Dbl.Car Garage was no more than $35 and he did say the installation was easy. I am a Senior trying to retire and I feel like I was ripped off,even with Labor,the charge was extremely excessive!!! I am NOT Happy that the Installation for this seal was that expensive and I feel like there should be a reimbursement on the cost or labor on this product.

This was the best experience I have had with a company providing any service. David was my technician and he was so polite, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and just all around a very sympathetic individual. I originally had called a different company which turned out to be a scam. That tech walked off without finishing the job and without saying he was leaving. David from Precision stepped in and fixed what the other company left and even replaced parts. This company will always get my business and should get yours. Cannot say enough good things about this tech, his boss and the company. Probably why they have a A+ rating with the BBB. Thank you Precision.

I have used Precision Garage Door service before and was impressed with their service rep, their knowledge and their fleet of equipment. When I found that my garage door could not be lifted up to allow me to get my vehicle out, i knew immediately I had a big problem. The old system of opening was broken and my vehicle was trapped inside. This was on 8/1/2024, the day before Labor Day Holiday. I had plans and needed my vehicle. I made one call and Precision had a technician in my driveway at 4:00 PM, exactly when they said they would. Moe was pleasant, knowledgeable, equipped for the job and very dedicated to his profession. He converted my old system to a new system and had me back in business in a couple of hours. I have found that sometimes you should shop around but I trust Precision and with them, you always get what you pay for......the best.
