I had an incredible experience yesterday with the precision garage door team. From the phone calls into the center, especially to the technician who came to work on my garage door. Everything was taken care of in the most reputable and appropriate manner. The communication and execution was top notch quality. Our technician, Mohammed, did a an amazing job and was highly knowledgeable and professional. If needed in the future, I’ll be requesting for him to come back.

Jason did a fantastic job! He was very professional and came out on a Sunday to replace the whole mechanics of my door. He replaced the springs, the bearings, the opener, and showed me the new wifi feature of the system. We woke up on a Sunday morning to a garage door that wouldn't open. In a panic we called Precision and in less than 2 hours, Derek was here to analyze and lay out all options. Derek was professional and a joy to talk with. He was honest in his communication which helped us choose the best option.
