Tyler C. was such a pleasure to have here, he called and arrived early, before time scheduled, he listens, answered all my questions & showed me the actual problem area's which shows honesty to me...an all around down to earth guy repairing my garage door. He replaced the one broken spring that I had, added another spring and replaced bearings, then he showed me how to take care of all. I chose Precision because of your TV ad, it said what I wanted to hear...the only disappointment was the end price, a bit too high, in my opinion but thankful Precision has a 3 payment plan with zero financing. And a final note...I was happy to hear that Tyler likes cats too! :) Animal Lovers are the Best!

Very happy with precision door. On a Sunday afternoon my garage door came completely off track, almost falling to the ground but I was able to jam the door up. I called around 4pm and by 5:30 a tech was at my house. The tech didn’t try to upsell or tell me I needed things I didn’t, he was very professional and kind. Within an hour my garage door was hung back up and functioning. I would recommend to anyone having garage door issues to give them a call. Very reasonable prices as well

As a result of accidentally backing into my garage door, the door was bent. I was able to straighten out the door, but the rollers had become jammed between the track and the garage wall. The door was partially up and I could not get it down or up. I called Precision Garage door at about 7:45 p.m. They said they would have someone out between 9-11 p.m. The tech arrived early and had my door fixed within 1/2 hour. Thankfully, my garage door works fine and looks fine. The cost was not as much as I expected either. Good job. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Our garage door motor was shorting out. I emailed on a Sunday. Had an appointment on Monday. The service was quick and not too badly priced. New motor, remotes and a garage door keypad were installed. Our door had been loud and rickety for years. You can't even hear it now. We are extremely happy with our service. Garage Broke, and had been waiting for Service from someone else, but they did not arrive as expected. Need to get my cars out of the Garage and had been waiting all day. Was very impressed with the excellent customer service. The individual taking our service call was pleasant, professional and very helpful. Response time for the initial response to our call was very quick. Tim, the technician was also very professional and friendly. He quickly assessed the damage and explained was would be required to get the garage door operational. The garage panels were in stock and Precision Garage was able to accommodate my scheduling needs in minimum time. Tim returned as scheduled and once again quickly repaired the garage door. Work was completed quickly and was of the highest quality. I will definitely recommend Precision to my family, friends and family.

Shop around. Precision's spring price are easily $150 to double the price of other companies. They claim their springs are better and should last 3-5 times longer than other companies but who knows. Most companies match their 2 year warranty also. The repairman was on time,very friendly and professional but not worth an extra $200. It's not Precision's fault I didn't shop around, I just didn't think there would be that much of a difference in price.
