i was so lucky to call on Thursday and get an appointment for Saturday. the gentleman arrived on the dot of 8 am. i needed new springs and pulleys as nothing had been replaced for at least 20 years. the gentleman name is Tom and he gets VERY high marks from me. it took him no time to complete his task. you all are my go to garage door people from now on.

Alex called me right at the start of my appointment window, and said he'd arrive within 10-15 minutes. 10 minutes later he rang my doorbell. He tolerated my stupid dogs and went to work replacing my crappy door opener. He finished within his estimated time and perfectly explained all the features of our new system. Completely professional and super courteous. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Keypad isn't working. They came but didn't even try to fix it. They claimed it was an old model that's "obsolete" and tried to sell us a new system instead. Did I mention they didn't even try to fix it? Won't be ever calling them again.

Bob - Thanks for the recent review. We apologize for your experience yesterday. As a family owned small business we take our customer satisfaction very seriously. When our technician came to your house yesterday he diagnosed the issue as a faulty keypad. Unfortunately, with equipment and technology that is almost 25 years old, we are unable to get replacement parts, or even compatible parts, for this model. Our technician waived the service fee and offered a “free estimate” on replacing the openers, which is something we do not traditionally offer. Our business model is to offer ultimate solutions to our customers, with an outstanding warranty to back that. We regret that our efforts were not sufficient. We have tried to reach out to you by phone to help resolve the issue. We would like a chance to discuss any of our options in more detail, and also answer any lingering concerns.

We came home from dinner on Friday night and the garage door would not open! I called a place I had used before and no one called me back, I knew we could not wait until Monday for someone to fix the door so I found your company online. With 24/7 service and no extra charge for weekend service I made the call. Your people were friendly and quick! Garage door was repaired by 11:30 that day. Prompt service, had to ask the technician for an estimate, thought the $150 price for a single door spring was pretty high. $125 for service call/labor for less than a 45 minute job also a bit pricey...hopefully the work done will be worth it....

Garage door came off its track. Called Precision Door. Greg showed up in just over an hour. Had the door repaired and new springs installed in less than a hour. I will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their door repaired.

The price is up there considering I tend to be a DIY person. That said, it was worth it to me given 1)the quality and speed of work, 2)the upgrade from original builder materials (1 spring to 2), 3)the speed, preparedness, and punctuality of response (Saturday contact, Sunday service), the good warranty (5 yr for an overhaul package in my case), and the friendliness and professionalism of the installer. My only reservation to recommending this company is price... but I made the choice to go above and beyond a simple spring replacement (based on recommendations) with my eyes open. Everything else about this experience was extremely positive. The end result is that my door is working and properly balanced (probably for the first time ever) and it's the quietest and smoothest it's ever been...all in less than 12 hours from first contact and in about 1 hour or so after arrival.
