I was having trouble with my garage door only opening half way, so I call Precision (which I found on Angies List) and was surprised that I got an appointment the same day. My technician was Zoran , he called and told me when he would be arriving. Zoran checked out the situation and told me that I needed a new opener and cables. He explained everything very thoroughy and told me the prices. He was very patient while I was trying to decide what to do since it was a large amount of money that I had not counted on spending. Zoran did a wonderful job in a everyway. I would definetly use Precision again and always ask for Zoran. It is so nice to know that there are people that take pride in their work. Thank you. This company overcharges for their repairs. They told me the service fee would be $39.95, but this guy said that fee was just for coming there. He then charged me $200.00 for 35 minutes of work. Then they said their work would be guaranteed, until he was finished adjusting my garage door. He then said that the work was guaranteed but it would still cost a service fee if he had to come back to fix what he just fixed.
