Very professional and honest! He could have easily told me that I needed a whole new system. I wouldn’t have known the difference! Instead, he just replaced my remote buttons and key pad and light bulb. Now my garage door works like a charm!

Bill came out and fixed my garage door that could only open a small amount. I told him that my neighbors branch fell on the garage and that's why it didn't open all the way. Bill was really nice and said he could fit under the door to fix the door. It was a board that fell making the door not open all the way. Bill was very nice and put long screws in the garage wood so that it wouldn't happen again. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and hire this company for other problems if they occur. Thanks again Bill for everything.

Your company has met more than my expectations. I call at 9:40 am for my garage door that broke that morning. A technician was supposed to be there between 12-2pm. Not 5 min later I received a call from your technician Bill and he stated that he had a cancelled appt and that he could be there at 10am. He showed up on time, knew exactly what the issue was, replaced a couple of parts and was done by 10:30. You will definitely be having my business for any future repairs or products and I will be recommending your business to my family and friends. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I chose Precision Door because of the massive number of positive reviews, and I must say that they lived up to them and MORE. The young woman who answered the phone (I'm sorry I don't know her name. My phone was being weird, and I could not hear it) was professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly! She carefully explained the policies and procedures of having a technician come out, and when I asked if they could come out any earlier, she replied, "that is our earliest appointment, but definitely keep looking if you need something sooner. If you get an appointment, just let us know, and we'll take you off our schedule!" She was genuinely interested in getting service to me as soon as possible...even if it wasn't with them. The day of the appointment, they had an earlier opening and called to see if I was interested in that one (I was). Al came to the door with a smile and a friendly attitude. He knew what was going to need fixing EVEN BEFORE HE SAW IT. He got the parts immediately, set to work, and finished quickly! He even waived the visit fee (which they do if work needs to be done) and saved us some money! The whole experience, from start to finish, was as stress-free and pleasant is it could be! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to ANYONE who needs service of the garage door. Thank you, Precision!

My experience with Precision has exceeded every expectation! I called in the morning and they arrived by 1 pm. John was very professional and thorough in all his explanations and when he took the hardware off he was spot on with everything that went wrong! He explained the repair, costs, and my options. My doo was fixed within 2 hours and it runs even better now than it ever did! John even calibrated the motor, made adjustments to the chain, and lubricated all the hinges. AND he explained to me how to maintain the springs and hinges with silicone. I could not be more satisfied with the service! John is now my "go to" guy for garage door repairs. You will not be disappointed with this company!!

I was impressed with this company starting with the person who picked up the phone. I was made to feel like my issues were going to be a priority and every effort would be made to help me. Email information and confirmation of my appointment also made me feel like I had made a valid decision on selecting this company. As it turned out and not to my surprise, we needed to replace our wooden garage doors of 37 years after my husband "kissed" one of them with a car! Zoran was my technician and let me say... polite, knowledgeable and so many other descriptives! Not a hard sell, not that horrible push for commission. Easy, pleasant approach and I am confident the install once delivered will be more of the same!!!! Totally impressed!

5 Stars. Tech. Al Fleming Service was prompt and efficient. Al was courteous and professional. Knew exactly what to do. 20 years of experience. Gave us confidence that he knew what needed to be done and followed through. We purchased a new garage door opener, remote/ key pad, new track, springs, rollers, and whatever was required to get door working again. I only wish we saw the coupons. We could have saved money, Also, I wish Precision would give a Senior and/ or Veteran discount. Would definitely use again and recommend them for repairs and/ or garage door replacement.

My garage door was stuck. I could not park my wife's car in the garage nor use my car. I entered the garage through the house and disconnected the lift and attempted to lift the door and couldn't budge it. I checked online and found that Precision offered 24/7 availability and since it was after hours I called. Your technician Paul responded and said he would come first thing in the morning. When I explained my situation further, instead of sitting down to dinner, he said he will be right over. The lift spring was broken, among other issues, which he repaired in a professional manner.. He could not have been more pleasant and helpful.
