This is the second time I've used this company. This was a full rebuild without the new door. They're as cost effective as possible and do good work. Great, same day service! My technician was Paul and he was kind and professional throughout the entire process. Paul explained that there is a current spring time promotion for a garage door rebuild and explained all the benefits without pushing for the up sale. In the end, I decided that the rebuild was a great deal given the small incremental cost over my base repair, and Paul got to work and finished within the hour. Great service, I will be giving Precision Garage Door a call for all my future needs!

I was very surprised when I found out that it would be Anthony Wise who would be replacing my automatic garage door closer. He was the technician who had installed it many many years ago. Super!! Coil spring broke and technician was there the same afternoon I called--even arrived about an hour early. John did a great analysis of the problem and provided me with several options--I chose to go with a long term solution (besides replacing the spring, replaced bearing, hinges and the garage door opener (which had not been properly sized for my very heavy double wide wooden door.) John was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and able to get all the work done in less than 2 hours. The new garage door opener is GREAT! A lot quiet than the old one, and I like knowing there is a battery backup in case the power goes out.

The only item I have an issue with is the door is not flush with the ground and the tech told us we needed to go buy a Thresh hold seal from Home depot and install it. There is a crack between the ground and air is getting in. We paid about $3,200 dollars why would we have to buy this when this was not the problem before. I really do not think this should be on us to complete this process. I would hope your company would resolve this for us

I chose Precision because of several prior positive experiences with their customer service as well as the professionalism of the service technicians. I liken my service experience(s) to that of calling a close friend [in the professional field] to come help you with a project that you know you'd otherwise regret undertaking. Precision is more about customer service and customer satisfaction than their profit margin. My problem this time was the light on my opener was not illuminating or operating properly, as it was an integrated LED. I called for service and was told that it would be a $75 service call fee, to be waived if my total bill exceeded $100. I agreed. Zoran Jovanovic came about twenty minutes earlier than scheduled and worked some kind of magic in the course of about twenty minutes, and convinced the light to act right. Several hours later, I received an email containing the invoice for the service call. I was all set to pay my $75 fee; when to my dismay, I was presented with an invoice indicating that the service call was gratis. CAN'T BEAT THAT! THANKS PRECISION... ~RegE

Called Friday 12/15/23, scheduler was polite and setup for the following day, Saturday, 12/16/23 between 10-12 noon. Job was completed by technician Paul B who recommended some additional repairs that could be updated immediately or would be required in the near future. We upgraded on his recommendation with a 10 year warranty. I havenot selected "service" or "purchased products" because there were multiples of both. The communication, courtesy and professionalism throughout was top notch......and the speed of the service, made this a very pleasant experience.
