I'm so proud and confident in our younger generation ! Manytimes I hear just the opposite. A tree crashed through our garage roof and damaged our garage door. I called Precision Door, set up an appointment to have it fixed. Received a call from the technician "David Allen" confirming the appointment and his arrival time...he even ask me if I would like him to stop and get me a coffee while on his way ! This young man showed up on time, was as courteous as a person could possibly be. Explained/showed in detail what was wrong with the garage door. Talked to and explained everything to my insurance adjuster, over the phone, what was needed to repair the door and cost. Took so much of those headaches from me ! David was so professional and took a great deal of pride in his work. I could not be any happier with the job David Allen performed. This young man has a bright future ahead of him. Thank you David for making an unpleasant time, pleasant !!!

A spring on the garage door broke. The first company I called for repairs told me it would be three days before they could get to me. Then I called Precision and they were here the next day. The Technician (Luke, nice guy by the way) arrived promptly as promised. He performed a thorough inspection of the door and opener and offered several service options. He completed the job in a timely manner and left no mess behind.
