We just selected Precision based on some reviews and advertising. Everything went perfectly. Our garage door springs broke on Saturday and David Allen, the technician, arrived promptly Monday morning and got the information about our problem. Failed springs. He quickly verified the problem, inspected the door as well as the garage door electric opener. He explained that the type of springs on our 13 year old door were no longer made but he had a superior replacement. After doing his inspection he gave us a very thorough report inspection which included photos of questionable items. He gave us three options for the repair. We decided to take the most expensive option, without any kind of sales pressure. We had the spring lifting system replaced along with the door rollers and a new lift master belt driven opener with all new controls, remotes etc. The system has a lifetime warranty so we felt that was good to know. The door raises and closes very smoothly with just a whisper. We are very pleased with the professionalism of David and the very clean an professional install. We would recommend Precision garage door to family and friends.

I found you through Google, and the young lady I scheduled my appointment with was kind, respectful and reassuring. The technician. David Lenhardt was awesome! He came in friendly and professional- went through the assessment process prior to beginning and went right to work. Once assessed, he provided me with various options, and allowed me to choose the best one suited to my needs. I appreciate David’s professionalism and knowledge. 5 Stars for David! The only issue I had with the process was $ pricing $ was a bit high ????

I had previously purchased two garage doors from a big box store. Upon installing one door by myself, I determined the second door was going to require an expert installer. That's just what I got with PDS. David Eilers is an expert. It took me all day (and still didn't get it done right) with installing a garage door that didn't have an opener installed. David installed a door connected to an opener, and upgraded parts that are now life time warranted in just over 2 hours. Job well done, David! I am very happy with communication, friendliness, and service. They didn't over promise. They did what they said they were going to do. From setting up an inspection and installation.

I was told on Thursday that they couldn't come until the following Tuesday. A spring had broken and our car was stuck in our garage. They said they would call if they had any cancellations. Their technician David Eilers called at 4pm on Friday and said he'd a cancellation and could come over. He came right over, did a full diagnosis of our garage door and opener. He gave us four quotes for the levels of repairs recommended. We chose one and he began his work. He was finished by 7pm and we were very satisfied - and the door now opens and closes perfectly.
