Everyone was very courteous and professional from the nice lady that answered the phone to make the appointment to David Allen the technician that came out to fix our garage door. Our garage door spring broke that caused the door to be uneven and bent the garage door track. David Allen did a great job in explaining everything to us that happen, that needs to be repaired, and what took look for in the future as well as a few options to replace our aging garage door opener that we will get repaired at a later date. He had all items to fix the garage door in his truck and everything got fixed in just a few hours. After I called to schedule the appointment I received a text and email to let me know when the technician was coming out. It snowed and we had ice the night before and he still made it out safely to take care of the repairs for the garage door. David Allen called me a half hour before my appointment and told me that he is on his way after he stops and gets a water or coffee and asked me if I would like for him to get me anything. Talk about Awesome service. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and will definitely tell my neighbors and call them the next time I need my garage door fixed. David Allen really did a great job and we appreciate it. And the service was Great.
