This is my first time working with Precision Garage Door and they exceeded my expectations. The scheduling of my problem was setup within 24 hours of my initial phone call. I appreciate their quick response. The scheduler was informative and helpful. We appreciated the service tech arriving early. He was courteous, knowledgeable of the company, and very informative of what was needed to resolve my issue. He was extremely nice and did a great job. He completed our repair quickly. He is a great promoter of Precision Garage Door, the company, the products and services they provide, and the owners of the company. We also appreciate the military, first responder, teacher discount that your company offers. I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to others.
