Nick came out at the expected appointment time (on a Sunday too!!). Quickly evaluated the issue and identified one of the springs broke. He replaced with high quality Precision springs and explained differences/improvements between old springs and new. He also identified some issues with location/placement of brackets by initial box store installer and resolved. Nick also looked at our keypad which had been acting up and resolved the issue with that as well. All of this high quality work was done quickly, professionally and within an hour. Top notch service and work. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for garage door repair or installation.

I would give a zero star if I could. I called and told them my spring broke on my garage door. They told me between $109 and $179 for spring. $65 service call. I had a coupon for a free service call, so she said it would just be for the price of the spring. When the guy came out to fix it he gave me an estimate for OVER $700. I will never call them back and I will tell everyone I know what kind of company this is!!
