Both cables on my garage door broke after I parked my car and put the garage door down. It was late evening - around 8:45 pm. I called Precision Door that night and explained situation. (I had a flier advertising a tune-up which unfortunately I had not scheduled!). I was told someone would be here between 8 and 10 the next morning. Louis was very professional and helpful on the phone. I was so relieved that someone could come that quickly since my car was basically trapped in the garage. The technician (Jason) arrived about 8:15 am and provided an estimate and basically replaced all working parts. He was finished in about an hour. Jason was professional and extremely courteous and answered all my questions. My garage door is like new! I will definitely ensure I schedule annual servicing and will recommend Precision Door to all my friends and family!

I recently had them install a new metal garage door at my home to replace the wooden one. The product is absolutely superior....so beautiful and adds so much to the beauty of my home. Your service technicians are also real professionals. When they arrived, I was having a bad day. My lawnmower would not start after having been in hibernation during the winter. A technician asked if he could examine it. In less than three minutes he located the problem and the mower started. This is true value added service which I appreciate so very much. You can't go wrong doing business with Precision. In fact, they have provided service to me for many years with the same superior results!

The lift belt broke on my garage door opener. Shortly before eight a.m. I called Precision Garage Door and explained that I needed a new drive belt for my opener. Before eight thirty a.m. the same morning a repairman with everything needed to do the job was setting in my driveway. He gave me estimates for the repair and other maintenance items. He quickly completed the agreed upon repair in a very efficient and professional manner.

Door had not been closing tightly on left side (from inside). In checking, I discovered the cable was frayed. It appeared that it was in danger of breaking. At approximately 8:30 AM the next day, I contacted Precision Door concerning this and referred them to a service I had done seven years ago which included a lifetime warranty on covered parts. Technician Josh Brown arrived at my home around 2:30 PM, installed new cables, inspected door and opener operations making some minor adjustments. There was no cost for the cables due to the warranty. I paid for the service call. Could not have expected better response. Very satisfied and glad that a door failure was averted.
