Same day service performed by J. Brown who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Appreciated the prompt service since we are expecting bad winter weather. The garage door repair is working fine, and the new motor and wall console/keypad, and remote are easy to use. Thank you for providing such prompt and expert service.

I was pleased with the service, however, I expected to pay for the service call Of $75 and not for the less than 30 minute work time that the service man took to repair the door opener. total bill for 30 minutes of time was $134.00.

We have used Precision several times. From the first call to make an appointment to the final fixing of the door or system is first class. The response time to a service call is exceptional. The techs are very knowledgeable and efficient. They are very thorough in checking out the entire system. A call before, lets one know the approximate time of arrival since a 2 hour window was given.

I am a full-time employee of the High Point furniture market, and wouldn't you know it, my garage door opener picked the opening day of market to finally die. I really couldn't complain as it was @ 28 years old. But you sent Josh to my house that very afternoon and within an hour I had a new garage door opener and peace of mind. I really appreciate that you don't charge extra for weekend/evening service. Hopefully, I won't need service soon; but if I do, you'll be the ones I call. In case my star rating didn't select, I give you a "5"!

I will start by saying the technician was really good and quick. He did a great job of fixing my broken spring. The only disappointment was the price I was quoted over the phone. I specifically asked how much this job would cost before they came out. The lady on the phone told me 75.00 for the technician and between 145-165 for the spring plus sales tax. When the technician came he told me the total job would be 427.00. I was really caught off guard. I went ahead and got the job done but was not happy about the price. If I was told up front about the cost I may have shopped around to see if there was a better price.
