The spring broke on our double wide garage. I called the company that originally installed it and the earliest they were able to get a technician out was two days later. I scheduled an appointment but wasn’t happy about the two days w/o a garage. I went to Google and searched for garage door repair and Precision showed up first at the local listings. I called them and I explained what happened and the lady said she could have someone come over from 2 to 4. I said today, she said of course. That was at 1 PM. The technician shortly after called and introduced himself. He said he would be there in about 20 minutes. When he showed up he introduced himself with a handshake and we looked at the problem. He fixed the spring, replaced the rollers, replaced the steel cables and the door is working better than ever. I was very impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. I will keep them in mind if I have another problem with my garage door.

The fact that you could come in the evening was a real plus for me, another company could not come until next week! I also definitely was appreciative of the fact that the representative arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. Afterward he went over with me the price of possibly replacing the door. 5 stars

Josh was great. He called to confirm he was on his way as I was unable to be home.
