Both cables on my garage door broke after I parked my car and put the garage door down. It was late evening - around 8:45 pm. I called Precision Door that night and explained situation. (I had a flier advertising a tune-up which unfortunately I had not scheduled!). I was told someone would be here between 8 and 10 the next morning. Louis was very professional and helpful on the phone. I was so relieved that someone could come that quickly since my car was basically trapped in the garage. The technician (Jason) arrived about 8:15 am and provided an estimate and basically replaced all working parts. He was finished in about an hour. Jason was professional and extremely courteous and answered all my questions. My garage door is like new! I will definitely ensure I schedule annual servicing and will recommend Precision Door to all my friends and family!

Sprocket kit had to to be changed. The young man to repaired the door was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I would rate the service with 5 stars.

We give Josh a 5, he was prompt, professional, and courteous! He was very detailed in what was causing the problem with our garage door and how to correct the problem. He discussed in detail what could happen in the near future and what we need to do to prevent it as well as cost.

Very prompt service. Called at 8:00 AM and told the person who answered the phone that the spring broke on my garage door and I needed to get it fixed today. The appointment was made for between 10:00 AM and noon. Kyle showed up at 10:00 AM and I decided to have both garage door systems refurbished (springs, rollers, cables, etc.). He was very efficient, personable and thorough. I told him that when the motors gave out I would be giving him a call. I am very happy with Precision Garage Doors and look forward to using them in the future.
