4/25/24 Thursday morning, Michael your main technician came out to service and fixed my garage door, he was absolutely fantastic, considerate, kind, and very, very acknowledgeable!!!! I have my own business also and I know how hard it is to find quality awesome help and he is his type of man, and honestly because of him, I would use you all again in a heartbeat, and I will tell others about you!!!!!! truly appreciated Michael’s help, and also Desiree the operator when I called Wednesday evening about my situation, very, very helpful she was!!!!! thank you precision, most of all again thank you Michael, superburb technician!!! thank you again….
