Our garage door spring broke and needed to be fixed as soon as possible. I called Precision and within 4 hours we had a technician at the house to evaluate the problem. Greg Gray is the Service Technician who showed up, he analyzed the issue and offered us options. Greg was very professional and knowledgeable he answered all the questions we asked. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Greg Gray as the technician.

Garage door problems at noon, fixed by 4:30! Mike G. did a GREAT job installing new equipment. Very thorough explaining the problem and all of the repair/replace options.Would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.
