Greg came out and showed us all of the options for garage door replacement. He took his time, showed us samples, and explained everything in detail. More importantly, he took the time to listen to my wife and I. Some of these sales guys tend to interrupt my wife when she's speaking, or ignore her and only speak to me as if she doesn't matter. Greg wasn't like that at all, and I was impressed with Precisions products and options.

We had Precision Door come to our home to repair a spring that had broken on one of the garage doors. The service man was very professional and intelligent. He did a careful job replacing the spring and even noticed that some brackets from the original installation had been installed incorrectly. He reinstalled them correctly and now both our garage doors work even better than they have previously. They glide up and down so quietly now. Excellent work and we would use this company again if anything else breaks on our garage doors.

I'm ashamed to admit that I paid PDS over $150 to replace a $5 hing on my garage door today that took less than 5 minutes to install, and this is after I spent over $800 for a new operator last year with your company. Your service charge should include a quick and simple repair like the one your company did for me today. I can depend on Precision for same day service! The tech that was assigned this time was Scott. He phoned me to let me know that he was running a bit late ....that is great customer service!!! When he arrived, he immediately showed concern for our problem. I felt that he was trying to solve the problem for the least cost to us. He was polite and worked hard to fix the problem. Called and explained the problem. Within 3 hours a mechanic was at my door. Searched for material to complete the task and completed what he had parts to repair. One part was ordered and the Mechanic explained the process and when to expect the parts to arrived. Very satisfied with the service and price.

We called Precision Door Service at 6 pm, they were there by 7 and had our garage door completely rebuilt within 90 minutes. The technician that we had was Cliff Waddell, he was great; professional, prompt, extremely efficient and hard working. I would not hesitate to call them again should we have a problem.
