Needed some maintenance/repair on my garage door. Andy and Alfredo from Precision Garage Doors came out the next morning after my phone call. They were both very pleasant and professional. They explained two problems. One needed to be replaced. The other could wait but needed to be replaced soon. There was no pressure which is part of the reason I opted to get all repairs done at once. Great guys working for a great company. I would definitely recommend.

We were in an emergency situation and the response time and service were fantastic. The phone dispatch person was cordial and caring, while the installer was highly experienced. We were well taken care of and the problem was fully solved. I thought we would have to wait a few days but he did the repair work on the spot. Our door went from an always noisy operation to smooth and quiet. We were 100 per cent satisfied.

We decided to upgrade our garage door for safety, insulation, and to protect ourselves from the wind we get in NC. We chose Precision because of their positive reviews, the confidence we had in their being able to honor a warranty, and their professionalism. Trevor from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service visited my home on Saturday, April 22nd due to a broken spring on the garage door lift mechanism. He was very polite and professional in how he carried out his business. He knew exactly what to and had the tools and the parts to complete the repair very promptly. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work generated by Trevor. We selected Precision due to the quality of work performed some years ago on the same garage door. Contacting Precision and receiving a quick response and follow-up by the technican per his arrival is great. The same high level of quality service from many years ago is still present today. I would say Richard McCann was the best service representative that I have encountered in years. This was an emergency visit and we were his last call at about 9:30 PM on a Friday night! Yet, he was so personable and caring and explained clearly what had happened with our broken spring. He told me exactly what the costs were going to be for replacement and how long it would take him to fix it. He worked efficiently and had the door functioning much better than it had in years. I couldn’t be more pleased with Richard’s work!

The job is not completed yet Monday the 17th the estimate you sent is not what we talked about. Just the trim around the door I think 360.00 is to high for that job. just the trim. My next door friend wants to talk to you when you are doing my door.

Your man Greg did a great job. He is a good tech and your should know that he is a valuable asset. We did do some damage to the outside of the door that I banged out with a hammer today. But that had nothing to do with Greg. He did the best with what we had. Very impressed with Greg's knowledge and effort. Now that the door is damaged I may need a bottom panel. But thank you.

I chose Precision because I used them in the past to replace a really old garage door and opener in a previous house. I am in a new house (under 5 years old) and the problem this time was a simple reset. But the repairman tried to up-sell me on several expensive items, none of which were a problem. He was visibly ticked off that I didn't go for any of those repairs. He even came back from his truck after I paid him to try to sell me a surge protector. Although he was prompt and courteous, up to the point where I said no thanks, I don't appreciate these sales tactics.

Recently had cables break on garage door and called precision door for repair at approx. 3:30pm. Operator apologized that they couldn't service that day but scheduled service for the following day, as early as 8 am. When the repairs were completed technician noted they had replaced the cables on a previous call, approx. 10 yrs ago, so parts were free and I only had to pay labor saving me over $100.00. Speedy service, polite technicians and an honest company that stands behind their work. What more can you ask for!
