Our Garage door yesterday. Glass was shattered and we could not close it. I called and there was someone here in less than 2 hours to give us an estimate for replacing the door. The price was great, and they had the door/windows I wanted in stock. The door was installed today and looks amazing. I would highly recommend!!’

I was shopping for new garage doors when mine broke in early Nov. I contacted Precision after seeing an ad on tv. Gary came out the next day and was very professional and got back to me right away. After Gary gave my order off to the next person that’s when things went down hill. Brent reached out to confirm my order and get payment info and forgot to get my billing zipcode for my card and 4 days went by before calling me back to correct the issue, pushing my order out even further. After finally getting the door ordered 2 weeks went by and I reached back out to Brent to follow up and that’s when he said my door had been in and wasn’t sure why someone hadn’t called me to set up the install. He told me to wait on a call from the install department and I’d hear something within 30 minutes. 4 hours later I called back because no one has called and finally got it scheduled. The day of install no one had shown up at the scheduled time so I called and as I was leaving a message, Luke called me to ask if he could come earlier to install it because he wasn’t busy. I told him I was expecting him at 8:00 based off what I was told from the install department and he assured me he was on his way. He was told I was scheduled from 10-12, not 8:00 like I was told. Luke and his helper did a fantastic job with the install and I’m over all happy with the door. However, the in between process was an absolute nightmare and very frustrating.
