I was disappointed that you did not recognize that I have been a loyal customer for many years and could not locate my service records in your files. This caused your tech-Eric- to quote outrageous cost to provide service to me and say that I needed to overhaul a 7 year old system that I purchased from you. All I needed and wanted was springs. Also, your technicians just left my house a couple months ago after working on that system and checked everything thing out, they said, and all was good!? Hummmm???
