Have used Precision Garage Door several times now for both repairs and preventative maintenance. Very easy to schedule appointments and email contact is immediate. Today I had the pleasure of Brandon Mills' service to replace our old garage door open with a very modern Lift Master model 87504. Arrived early and got to work. Once the work was completed he very patiently walked me through getting the MyQ app registered and logged-in, got my outside key pad coded, how to share the app with family members and also let me know what the green blinking light means. We're good to go. Thank you!

My garage door opener failed. After examination and discussion, I also need a new garage door as well as a new garage opener. I have not yet heard from company to schedule a replacement date. I cannot open the garage door on my own. I have a 25% deposit.

When I called I told the operator We had 2 different openers and gave them both make and model # we had been hit by lightning When Greg arrived he could not repair either since he didn’t have the right boards on his truck He was VERY apologetic and professional. He rearranged his schedule to come back on Monday First thing. So I’d recommend Precision I just which the scheduler would have communicated with the service staff so I didn’t have to go another weekend without the garage door being useable

The young man, Eric Magnum, who came to solve and fix the problem was very professional, courteous and efficient. He quickly discovered what the problem was with the garage door sensors and fixed the problem. He also suggested a solution to keep the problem from happening again.
