What a great company. Our tension cable snapped a few nights ago. Precision Door was here within a few hours and had everything replaced/fixed within an hour. Trevor gave me a few options for the replacement- I chose what was best for me. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and I felt the price was fair. I will definitely go with this company again!

He represents your company with kindness, knowledge and ability to answer our questions about repair versus a new door without just sales talk. Kenneth from Precision arrived at our home within two hours after I telephoned for garage door service. He quickly diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution as well as a tune up to achieve the door's best operation. Kenneth had all the necessary equipment on his truck and was finished within 45 minutes. Expert and courteous service. Kenneth provided complete and polite answers to all my questions.
