Tech over sold me on the problem with my door. As it turns out, the door hitting a block that had come loose from the wall. Yet he installed a new axils, spring and rollers. About a week afterwards, the door started jerking again as before. As it turns out, the door was hitting the block and needed to be ready-attached. This was the problem all along. I spent $1393.00 for a wooden block that simply needed to be re-attached. I believe some adjustment is warranted and would like to hear from you. Thanks

WOW! Andy was wonderful! I called on a Monday, and he came out the very next day. We needed a new motor (after 24 years). He did a great job explaining our options of various motors. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. After the installation, he showed us how to use all of the features. Call Andy! He was great to work with!

GREAT experience, thanks to "Uri", service tech. We called for garage door repair in the morning, and by afternoon tech was out to make repairs. Uri was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and after repairs, offered us competitive prices for new garage doors if desired (ours now 20+ years old). We bought new doors, and expect installation to be as good as repairs on old doors. I would definitely recommend Precision to family and friends. Had used precision door before. They are in my rolodex. This time I called them at 3pm on Friday after noticing our garage door wouldn't open due to a broken spring. My wife's car was in the garage so I worried about how long before we could get it out. Was surprised and delighted to find that they could have a tech here between 8 and 10 pm that night. Aaron actually got here by 6:45 and had the springs replaced plus upgrading all the worn parts by 7:30. That rates a 5 star rating.

Door spring was broken and door was jammed partially open. Called Precision in the morning, technician arrived mid-afternoon. Door was repaired and aging parts replaced. Corrections were made to the original installation mistakes by another company 12 years ago. Everything was completed in an hour! Technician was friendly and very competent.

Called around 10 am. and Aaron was a few min. early for the appointment he explained what he was going to do and about 20 min. later he was done putting a stabilizer bar at the bottom of the door, checked and oiled the hinges and he was done! A very friendly, professional young men. I recommend the company any time, I went back to this company because I remembered good service before!

The technician arrived on time and assessed my situation and gave me good options which I choose one of them. Replaced a circuit board on my door opener which save me about half of what I would have had to pay by having him remove and install two. He had an issue with the other door motor and took a lot to f tome g tying it to work, but he stayed with it even through I could see he was frustrated. Great job Kenneth Mills. 5 Stars!

Garage door would close then reopen immediately without being activated. Phoned At noon on Friday. Aaron came 2 hours sooner than scheduled and fixed the Problem in 20 minutes for what I thought was a reasonable price.
