What can you say??? It couldn't be any better...John called and told us when he would be there. Once he came, he examined the door and explained to us what was necessary to repair it and the cost involved.. once We ok'd the repair, he promptly went to work and before I knew it , he was done... Very pleasant an personable..I MADE A GREAT CHOICE WITH PRECISION...

Had an issue with the garage door opening on its own. My technician was punctual, friendly and offered several reasons why this might be happening. He took the least expensive route first and we came up with a plan, should that not do the trick. Very professional job and a good experience.

Our technician "John" was wonderful. My husband recently broke his foot and was unable to walk--then, the spring broke on the garage and we were "Trapped" in our garage! I called them around 6PM and they set me up for 11-1 the next day. However, John's manager called him in the early AM and John left early to come and help us. He was at our home by 8:30. I will always work with Precision. Excellent work, service and customer support!

The bracket on my 30 year old Garage door broke. Jonathan with Percision made a quality repair. He pointed out the future failure points on the door that could be expected. We also got a quote on a new door. The old door is approaching the end of it’s useful life. We will be buying a new door in a year or two. If there are any sales coming up let us know. Your service was great. Jonathan did a great job.... 5 STARS
