Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

I was so pleased that when I telephoned Precision Door Service early in the morning that there was an immediate response and that I could make an emergency appointment since the garage door spring had broken. The repairman, John Waterbury, arrived early and was able to install new springs and advise us on the maintenance of the door. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We certainly will sign up for a yearly maintenance program to ensure that the garage door is always well maintained.

Jonathan came and found the garage door was okay. (My husband probably fixed it and didn't tell me!) Hwever, Jonathan insisted on giving both doors a complete inspection and oiled them. He did an excellent job, explained what I had to do if this problem occurred again.
