It was a pleasure to deal with precision. From the first call (on a Sunday) the service was timely and considerate. The repair person was on time. He was efficient and did more than the mere mechanical repair that I thought was necessary. His service went beyond mere efficiency and, for a service that dealt with a limited range of problems, invited future use in the off chance that a new problem would arise

Fred was not sure he could fix the Gene opener. It seemed like a sales gimmick. However, he checked everything out and changed sensors on both doors. All is working well. He proved to be a good technician.

Amazing - I called Precision at 2PM, the tech showed at 3PM and my door was good as new by 4PM. The tech was very good, knew exactly what needed to be done and had all the parts to do it. Best customer service I have seen anywhere.

Great customer service isn't always easy to come by, but the team at PDS in Greenville certainly exceeded our expectations. We had two garage doors that were quite aged and we knew needed replaced, but we hadn't the first clue what to expect. After an initial call with Rich, he had John promptly reach out to schedule a convenient date/time for a visit to learn more about our options and to provide a quote. What was refreshing was that we originally expected to also have to replace our entire garage door system motors too, but John insisted the ones we had were in great shape and more than ample to keep in service for at least a few more years...generally you expect to be sold everything, but they assessed and recommended only our true needs. The final doors installed look phenomenal and we will gladly refer anyone in need of new doors or service to the professionals at PDS.
