Tim McRae came out to our house to give an estimate on repairing our two garage doors. Just so happens they have two different issues. He was prompt, personable and professional. He arrived prior to the appointment window of 12-5 pm, which is truly unheard of in these times. We went with Precision after calls to competitors that didn’t even have the curiosity to call back. We are happy we went with precision and grateful for the excellent customer service provided by Tim.
