Wanted Local company, with good Credentials and ratings, so I chose Precision. Made an appt. for next day repair with one call to local telephone listing, I was confirmed by E mails and texts for appt. and Technician Jeffrey B. called me to see if he could come a little early. Jeff was respectful, well spoken, was friendly and seemed to know his Job very well. He gave several estimates for repair so we could make a choice. I selected work to be done and Jeffrey made repairs within his estimate of time. Door with repairs of new springs, new cables, and pulleys was adjusted and lubricated and worked very smoothly. I have used the company before. The techician was prompt, analysed the situation and pointed out a spring that need to be replaced. The spring was under warranty, so there was no charge for that. He fixed the electronic eye problem quickly and efficiently.

Precision has been prompt, professional, and timely with their service. Rick was especially helpful in the ordering process. I really like that Precision sends a name and photo of the repair person ahead of time so you know who to expect. It’s a useful safety feature I wish more companies would employ. The garage door itself is great and a huge upgrade. I was really pleased with the entire experience.

Two comments regarding today's service experience. 1. Positive: The gentleman who came to my house, Jeffrey Barrales, was the epitome of professionalism. He was knowledgeable, respectful, kind, extremely friendly, patient and informative. You have a client service gem in Jeffrey. 2. Negative: I have a Genie garage door system. When I called your company for the service appointment, I was not asked for the name of my garage door so that I could be advised that replacement parts for a Genie were extremely limited if even that. While Jeffrey was able to provide an overall check (a very thorough job), the Genie part(s) that I would need to solve the problem (safety reverse not working) were not something your company carries. If I had chosen to proceed, I would have had to incur a much greater expect by replacing the entire unit with the brand your company carries. I rechecked your website and couldn't find any reference to your product focus. Even if I missed it, I respectfully state that the approach is rather disingenuous.
