Could not have been a better experience. Very easy to schedule a fast appointment for repair. The technician, Aleksei Coss, was great. He was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Aleksei fixed my garage door and provided useful information to properly maintain the doors going forward. If repair is needed again in the future, I feel very confident Aleksei and the Precision Team will fix the doors without any issues.

Alex was very informative and explained everything to me. He installed my new keypad and setup the remotes for me. From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with your company. Let me start by saying that if I could give more than 5 stars...I Would! My garage door was in need of urgent repair...I was able to (ON THE SAME DAY) make an appointment and have the issue remedied which was awesome (made appointment via website in the morning and by 2p before my kids/wife get home everything is better than before). What's more awesome though? the technician Leo was amazing...he explained the root cause, how he'd fix it (while providing me 3 viable options) and was done in about an hour. Bonus - he helped me set up my wifi app (which I hadn't done in the 3 years since getting an overhead unit that was wifi enabled) so I don't need to deal with my keypad which has its own quirks that I didn't want to end up replacing.

We chose Precision because they were local, got good reviews, had a good BBB rating, and they were so responsive. Kyle called to say he was free earlier than scheduled, arrived on time, listened to the problems we were having with our door, and evaluated the system. He explained the issues he saw and went over all our options. Then he was able to do the work immediately. I had thought I'd need to make another appointment! He even had a colleague deliver some materials so he could finish the whole job. Kyle was professional, courteous, and helpful. He did a great job and our garage door works again.
