I originally called Precision in October, 2022 I was satisfied with their performance. This was my reason for calling them again as my garage door was opening but would not close properly The Technician Dave inspected the door and all its parts. He pointed out some issues and felt that correcting them would have the door operate efficiently. I feel confident that the problem has been solved!

Kyle gave me adequate notice when he would be arriving and arrived shortly after. Introduced himself and proceeded to solve my problem. Explained the manual operation of the door using the emergency operator and I realized what I did wrong. A simple fix! Said there would be no charge. I had another great experience using Precision Garage Door Service! Alex Berk came to install new Springs. The secretary on the phone was super nice. Set up an appointment that worked for me. Alex gave me a heads up phone call. Diagnosed my problem and had all the parts right on his truck. They give you a price before they start and usually there are a few alternatives. Done in about 45 minutes. Takes all debris with him. I highly recommend this company and Alex!
