It is so refreshing when one experiences a commitment to excellence and real world class customer service. Anthony Femano exemplifies these attributes - Precision Door is lucky to have such an employee - who exceeded my expectations in every way. I had Precision Door replace my garage door spring last October, and unfortunately, for whatever reason, one of the coils came loose this past week, breaking off and falling to my floor, only 13 months after I had a new on installed. When I called to make an appointment for someone to come and hopefully fix it, I wasn't sure what would be covered and if my warranty went past one year. I just knew I wanted and needed it fixed, and hoped they would do it as soon as possible. Anthony was my service technician. He called to tell me when he would be coming, later than both he and I had originally thought, and having made the apointment late in the day, I knew there was the possibility that he could run late. He wanted to make sure that this was good with me and that I would be home, as he was 70 miles away at the time. I appreciated the call, and his willingness to come and take a look at the situation. He was personable, professional, and very competent. Anthony took the time to diagnose and answer all my questions, putting my mind at ease by explaining things in a way that I could understand how the parts all work together. He not only was able to fix my problem by replaing the spring, he provided extra parts/changed some rollers to make the door work and sound better as he noticed they were rusty. He stated everything was covered under the warranty and I owed nothing. How wonderful is that? I mean those things rarely happen in today's dog-eat-dog world as many businesses are trying to recoup the "covid" money lost by this pandemic. I truly appreciate Anthony's integrity and commitment to excellence! Not just becuase it was me, but because you can see he treats every customer this way. He does the right thing because it's the right thing to do. Thank you Anthony! Thank God the world still has people like you in the service industry! When you experience this level of commitment to quality it should be shouted from the roof tops! Thank you, Precision Door, for making this right.

This was a great experience. This was for 3 garage doors all of which needed work one needed to be totally replaced. The work was completed in less than 2 hours and everything was working properly. My technician was honest though and actually a really nice guy.

Wow I cannot say enough. Sunday night watching the Bills beat the Jets, Go Bills. There was a really loud noise in the Garage. I looked around and nothing had fallen of the walls. So It must have been outside. So I hit the Garage door opener and the door went up about 6 inches then nothing down it went. I then realized the noise was the Garage door spring. I went in and found Precision Garage door repair. I called the number and a very pleasant woman answered and took my information and scheduled me for noon Monday. At 10 am the technician called and asked if he could come early. So at 10:20 am Monday he started to replace the spring system. By 11:15 the spring was replaced and we were as good as new. Great experience would recommend to everyone. Thanks for being a great company.

Timely visit to address my garage door problem. My garage door opener wasn't working properly. Steve came over promptly and diagnosed the issue right away. I did need a door "make-over" and Steve and his partner completed the job on time and without a problem. The door now opens with a whisper and works so much better. Would recommend anytime.

Steven Thayer was the Tech who came out to repair my door and couldn't have been more personable and professional! He basically rebuilt and replaced the entire operating system of the door. Precision's response time to my significant problem (couldn't even close the door manually) was excellent! Much better than the company that I had spent over $800 with just 11 months ago. Precision is not inexpensive; however, their cost is worth the price for the outstanding service and warranties given. It's rare these days to be able to even write a review like this, but it was well earned by Steven and Precision. Thank you!

My service repair man Steve, was beyond professional! Steve provided all options, pros and cons of each, which made the decision a bit easier to make. Neither option was inexpensive and after getting over the shock of the cost (Steve helped to reason out some of those concerns) I went with the option that made the most sense to me. Also, Steve put me at ease that if there was a need for any adjustments or future needs he would take care of me!

Precision was quick to respond to our call for broken cables on our door. They were fast and efficient. We had the cables/springs and rollers replaced since it was 17 years old. It was suggested but they were not pushy about it, just a suggestion. We have been in the situation of broken springs and cables before so we decided a rebuild of the moving parts was a great way to go. The door is much quieter now. I would highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

I needed prompt attention to fix a newly broken cable on our garage door and Precision/Cody were able to help us out! I really appreciate the ability to make an appointment online as it saves me time and lets me look at options on my own, without having to spend time with phone calls, returning calls, checking with repair team etc.. I made an appointment yesterday at 4:00pm and Cody was at my door today at 10:00am. He was personable, likeable, professional and informative. He showed up on time and was so helpful and likeable. He got the job done quickly and to my satisfaction. We are going to replace our garage doors in the very near future and was able to get info from Cody on that.
