Excellent service starting with a text requesting repair on a malfunctioning door opener that was only several years old. Service tech arrived within 2 hours and swamped out the unit. Total time including reprogramming about 1/2 hour. Opener was covered under warranty. Extremely satisfied with Precision.

I had an issue with the cable on one of my garage doors. I called Precision Door Service and they came at MY earliest convenience. Anthony Fermano was the technician who performed the service. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Though I had a minor issue with a cable, he discovered the reason as to why the problem existed. He corrected the problem with a thorough explanation prior to doing the work. He showed me some preventative measures to keep the doors in good working order. It is so refreshing when one experiences a commitment to excellence and real world class customer service. Anthony Femano exemplifies these attributes - Precision Door is lucky to have such an employee - who exceeded my expectations in every way. I had Precision Door replace my garage door spring last October, and unfortunately, for whatever reason, one of the coils came loose this past week, breaking off and falling to my floor, only 13 months after I had a new on installed. When I called to make an appointment for someone to come and hopefully fix it, I wasn't sure what would be covered and if my warranty went past one year. I just knew I wanted and needed it fixed, and hoped they would do it as soon as possible. Anthony was my service technician. He called to tell me when he would be coming, later than both he and I had originally thought, and having made the apointment late in the day, I knew there was the possibility that he could run late. He wanted to make sure that this was good with me and that I would be home, as he was 70 miles away at the time. I appreciated the call, and his willingness to come and take a look at the situation. He was personable, professional, and very competent. Anthony took the time to diagnose and answer all my questions, putting my mind at ease by explaining things in a way that I could understand how the parts all work together. He not only was able to fix my problem by replaing the spring, he provided extra parts/changed some rollers to make the door work and sound better as he noticed they were rusty. He stated everything was covered under the warranty and I owed nothing. How wonderful is that? I mean those things rarely happen in today's dog-eat-dog world as many businesses are trying to recoup the "covid" money lost by this pandemic. I truly appreciate Anthony's integrity and commitment to excellence! Not just becuase it was me, but because you can see he treats every customer this way. He does the right thing because it's the right thing to do. Thank you Anthony! Thank God the world still has people like you in the service industry! When you experience this level of commitment to quality it should be shouted from the roof tops! Thank you, Precision Door, for making this right.

Wow I cannot say enough. Sunday night watching the Bills beat the Jets, Go Bills. There was a really loud noise in the Garage. I looked around and nothing had fallen of the walls. So It must have been outside. So I hit the Garage door opener and the door went up about 6 inches then nothing down it went. I then realized the noise was the Garage door spring. I went in and found Precision Garage door repair. I called the number and a very pleasant woman answered and took my information and scheduled me for noon Monday. At 10 am the technician called and asked if he could come early. So at 10:20 am Monday he started to replace the spring system. By 11:15 the spring was replaced and we were as good as new. Great experience would recommend to everyone. Thanks for being a great company.
