The technician, Anthony Femano, from Precision Garage Door was punctual, he arrived exactly when he said he would. We had damage to 2 panels in our garage door. He did a complete assessement of the damage to the panels. He was very honest in the options available to us to fix the damage verus purchasing a new garage door He was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of our concerns.

Joe showed up less than an hour after I called. He quickly analyzed the problem which was a broken cable and a faulty remote. He explained why the door malfunctioned and gave us options for repair and replacement. Joe fixed the problem quickly and now the door works as expected. We don't have to worry about an intruder walking in through an open door. At first I thought all the five star reviews were exaggerations, but now I'm a believer.

all i can say Steve was a pure professional. he explains to me the difference between the extension springs and torsion spring. with the cost being a little more on the later i found it was the way to go, the wife liked it as well as it was easier for het to lift the door open, we don't use a door opener. maybe in the future we will have this replaced. Steve did the exchange over in a short amount of time. very impressed. i recommend using precision for all your needs. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent service starting with a text requesting repair on a malfunctioning door opener that was only several years old. Service tech arrived within 2 hours and swamped out the unit. Total time including reprogramming about 1/2 hour. Opener was covered under warranty. Extremely satisfied with Precision.

I had an issue with the cable on one of my garage doors. I called Precision Door Service and they came at MY earliest convenience. Anthony Fermano was the technician who performed the service. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Though I had a minor issue with a cable, he discovered the reason as to why the problem existed. He corrected the problem with a thorough explanation prior to doing the work. He showed me some preventative measures to keep the doors in good working order.
