I discovered a problem with my automatic garage door yesterday afternoon. I found Precision on Google and called because they have five stars. An appointment was made for this morning! The technician came at time stated and explained the problem. He was able to fix it then and I think that surprised me more than anything. The tech was very professional, friendly, answered any questions I had. I would recommend Precision Door every time.

Our technician Stephen was very professional. The first time I reached out to precision, our 30 year old door had stopped working and they had a technician come out the very next day. Stephen gave my husband and I a recommendation, that our door was quite old and would probably need to be replaced at some point. Rather than waiting till our garage door broke again, we decided to replace it sooner than later. Stephan came out to our house and explained the process thoroughly and precisely. This is the 5th time we have used this company and each time they came expeditiously, diagnosed my problem and provided me with a well designed solution. In this case we called them at 10AM with a garage door that would not open and they came and repaired it by 3PM. They could have tried to sell me a new door, but did not-- just fixed it. Great service, friendly technician, I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Precision Garage Door Service did a fantastic job recently on my new garage door install. Everyone was so professional from sale to install. They even came back when I called as I wanted a bottom piece put on to grab onto when opening. Again so polite, professional, and responsive. Well I was very disappointed because no one told me that there one hour labor is $200 they have told me about the fee for coming out but not what they charge an hour. Of course did not have any work done with them they got the $85 for coming out . Will babe we use again.

Anthony came over because our garage door was squeaking and making a clicking noise. He was here at least 45 minutes trying to figure out what the cause was. The door is only 14 months old and no problem with it working. He figured out the problem and we are very happy with him for not giving up and fixing the problem. No more noises.
