Our technician Stephen was very professional. The first time I reached out to precision, our 30 year old door had stopped working and they had a technician come out the very next day. Stephen gave my husband and I a recommendation, that our door was quite old and would probably need to be replaced at some point. This is the 5th time we have used this company and each time they came expeditiously, diagnosed my problem and provided me with a well designed solution. In this case we called them at 10AM with a garage door that would not open and they came and repaired it by 3PM. They could have tried to sell me a new door, but did not-- just fixed it.
