I had the fortunate pleasure of Ron performing the repair on my broken door spring. I received a call about 10 minutes before he arrived and a text with his photo (which is great for the security of customers). He performed the repair, lubricated, inspected and tested all of the functional parts of the door. In about 20 minutes the door was fixed and I was paying the bill. This was great experience from a customer perspective and the cost was reasonable for this repair.

So grateful that you all were open 24/7. Nick Miletti came out on a cold Sunday afternoon and spent several hours retrofitting my garage door that had been installed badly by previous owner.
