A friend said he was happy with your service and I should try Precision. I had called the other place that worked on my door in the past and was kept on hold to long and hung up. I was expecting to be told it would be days before someone could come out. For a little extra, they came that day. I had my spring replaced and they put in a second one, to make it last longer, and got new quiet rollers and some other stuff installed.

I had the garage door repaired in 2019 and they did a great job. I need rpair again and the mechanic, (Sadmir Hamzic) found that a new opener was required. He also recommend replacing the chain pully as well as some safety features. He did an an outstanding job and was very thorough in his educating me to all the features and how to operate everything. I am very pleased.

The experience from Precision was excellent from the salesperson, who came to the house to present options for our 50 year old doors, to the technicians who installed their quality product. Although there was a pandemic delay with supplies, their weekly calls kept me updated with the progress.
