I chose precision because of the years in the business. My initial call to the company resulted in me informing the receptionist of my problem which consisted of me installing a new door but I used the old tracks the service guy came out. Had no personality whatsoever really acted as if he didn't want to be out on a Sunday. He informed me at that time that they do not touch or do any work on any garage doors that they do not install. Now I have a bad taste of my mouth because the young lady that took my call could have informed me of this decision initially and it could have saved me $64.80 thank you precision but you will never ever get any business from me or anyone I know

Ron Kull is knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Where other people might have urged me to get a new opener when replacing my garage door, Ron said that my current opener should last quite a while based on the amount it gets used. Felix Coriano did a great job installing the door and answering my questions.

Just had Zikret Osmic (Z) replace a spring in my garage door and he was awesome! Had every intention of replacing the garage door opener but he assured me fixing the spring would solve my issue, it didn't need a new opener (I had bought one from Lowes for him to install) Z was personable, efficient and knew what he was doing and explained everything he was doing. I will be sure to save his card to request him if I need help again.

The cable on our garage door broke and we called Precision. They had fixed a spring a few years back. It was going to be a few days but they got an opening sooner and called to see if we wanted it so were here within two days. The cable was too far gone to repair so they put a band aid on it so we could use the door (sparingly). They presented the options and we chose a new style. It was installed today and looks amazing!!

Efficient, careful installation of my garage door. There was a small defect in one of the door panels which was identified by the technician who made a round trip to get a replacement. He also identified a problem with the aluminum flashing covering the garage door header which was causing water to collect with potential for rotting the underlying wood.

I wish I could give more than five stars. Felix Coriano was courteous, friendly and professional. The work was excellent. I had two garage doors that no longer functioned replaced with new doors and tracks. The work was completed, everything cleaned up and it was exactly what fit my needs and budget. I would use Precision again and recommend them without reservation. A job well done.

The technician replaced a broken torsion spring. Since they are replaced in pairs, he replaced the other spring as well. Everything went south from there. One spring is a different diameter than the other. The cables came off the spools. He finally gave up and charged me just for the service call. However I am still stuck with a non-functioning door and 2 different size torsion springs.

We are sorry to hear this customer is not happy with our service provided. We have refunded this customer his service call fee. As the customer noted, he was not charged for the parts used to try to repair his door. We reviewed with our Technician, and he confirmed that the customer needs to replace his garage door and that he recommend total replacement of the garage door to the customer. The customer expressed to our Technician that he is selling the house and really didn’t want to spend that money. Our Technician tried to help him out and do a band-aid repair to a garage door that he should not have tried to repair at all. We have specifically reviewed these details with our Technician.

I needed a new garage door. I used the website to see how different doors looked. The owner himself came out to measure and gave options and pricing. Great looking door and a great price. I used a different company last year at my hunting property outside of Precision’s area. $1,000 more than Precision’s price. Installation took about 3 hours and the door looks great and operates so smoothly now.

My garage door spring broke unexpectedly about 5:30pm. I called the office, for an after hours visit because I needed to get to an early medical appointment the following morning and needed to be able to get out of my garage. The owner, Ron, was at my house by 6:30 pm and the job was finished within an hour. While there, we noticed a few other minor issues that needed attention and within a week the new parts for the exterior trim and bottom gasket were in and Chris, a manager, got the job done. Everyone I have met at Precision Door is always very helpful and knowledgeable.
