Found Precision through a random internet search and found the process of booking an appointment super easy. Feb 7 2024 Hello, All can say is the service is fabulous! Isaac came right on time, and did complete over hall of all the old stuff we had here. He is neat, clean, quiet and really took the time to do everything he said he would do. When he finished the whole garage was clean!! then he walked me through all the new things he installed. My biggest fear was that I could not get out of this garage in case of another power outage. I could never pull the cord to unlock the unit in order to raise the door. Then the key pad went out, so no one could even get in!! Isaac fixed it all! Now I have the confidence to come and go, and my kids can get into the house in case of an emergency. So thank you, thank you, thank you, and keep sending out those promos in the mail! they work! Isaac and all the work he did is worth every penny. Keep Isaac he`s the best! Stay well Vicky

Our garage door stopped operating completely. We contacted Precision who sent a technician within 2 days. Marlon was very professional. He checked the springs, the door, the remote and anything else related to the operation of door. Well, due to the opener being over 25 years old, the entire operating system needed to be replaced (as expected). We were shown the options that were available and descriptions of the differences. Marlon immediately went to work. He installed the new opener, programmed the remote controls, helped me set up the keypad and showed me other optional features that I still need to set up. He took the old opener and springs and left no mess. I highly recomend Precision and would use them again.
