The technician arrived at 3pm to install a whole new garage door,motor,cables, the whole thing. He was alone and seemed annoyed he had no help. He installed the door and the one side the wheels almost went to the bottom of the track. He said we lived on Long Island and so we had to deal with how crooked the cement was or how the house was sinking. He never put a level on it to see if it was not level. Finally after much discussion we said it was unacceptable, he moved the frame. The door straightened and seems to be straight and working alright. We certainly will keep an eye on it. It was upsetting to have to deal with his attitude.

We ould not have asked for better service that Danny provided. He clearly explained the options available to us for replacement of the garage door openers and accessories (remotes, key pads, sensors, etc.) and completed the work with a flawless installation. It is very refreshing to have someone as friendly and competent as Danny working at the house.

My garage door was stuck and partially open. My situation is a little unique in that I raise honeybees and had a garage full of honey to be extracted. The bees, being attracted to the scent of honey were trying to get in through the drapes I set up. Precision Door Service sent Shane on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. Shane was able to fix my door with no issues. I wouldn't hesitate to use Precision Door Service again.

Precision Garage is fantastic. We got taken in by a scam company pretending to be them (so make doubly sure you've got the right company) who did a shoddy, substandard job. I needed a small repair on my garage door, the bottom rubber had disintegrated. The receptionist at Precision was courteous and responsive quickly scheduling my appointments. The technician who arrived at my house to do my repair was Lewis Rodriguez. He was and friendly and professional while doing a great job repairing my garage door. I thought the price for my repair was reasonable. I highly recommend Precision!

Isaac did a great job for us. Going in I knew that just replacing a broken cable on a 25 year old door wasn’t the best thing to do.
