The technician arrived at 3pm to install a whole new garage door,motor,cables, the whole thing. He was alone and seemed annoyed he had no help. He installed the door and the one side the wheels almost went to the bottom of the track. He said we lived on Long Island and so we had to deal with how crooked the cement was or how the house was sinking. He never put a level on it to see if it was not level. Finally after much discussion we said it was unacceptable, he moved the frame. The door straightened and seems to be straight and working alright. We certainly will keep an eye on it. It was upsetting to have to deal with his attitude.

My garage door was stuck and partially open. My situation is a little unique in that I raise honeybees and had a garage full of honey to be extracted. The bees, being attracted to the scent of honey were trying to get in through the drapes I set up. Precision Door Service sent Shane on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. Shane was able to fix my door with no issues. I wouldn't hesitate to use Precision Door Service again.
