Excellent communication from setting up the repair appointment, to tracking the technician's van, to getting email receipts. Everyone at Precision Garage Door was extremely helpful and professional. Mike came and gave me an estimate and went over all the details and nothing changed when it came time to installation. He told me the anticipated time and it was sooner than expected. On the day of the install, Malik and Paul called to say they were on their way - they were early (which was wonderful). They came, took down the old door, installed They took the time to go over all the functions and be sure I understood everything. They were very patient and professional the entire time.
