Thank you for your prompt service. I had used Precision several years ago, so, I was pleased that not only that I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called, but that the person answering my call solicited information that would help trouble-shoot the problem. Matt arrived the next day and skillfully analyzed the problem with the garage-door opener. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and what my options were in the future if needed. It was a pleasure to have a technician like Matt arrive at my door to fix a problem I had been dealing with for a long time and to date is still working. The spring broke on my garage door late in the day on Saturday. Called Precision and they had someone come out the next day (on Sunday). Isaac Ward was the service tech and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and explained my 3 options that I could choose from. Explained what work would be done. Very happy with the service and would recommend Precision to anyone having a problem with their garage door.

Malik was awesome. He told me it was a 3 hour job and had it done in 2. Walked me through everything he did and showed me how to use the key pad for the door. Only thing is Malik didn’t have the Stockton inserts for the windows. He told me I should have them in by the end of the week.

Matt solved a problem with our garage door opener he had never seen. He made a phone call and troubleshooted until he solved the problem, our door only opened one foot. Matt determined that a high voltage wire installed by the builder needed to be a low voltage wire. Matt was so nice and we were 100% satisfied with his service.
