Zack is a very friendly, hard-working technician. He was prompt. When I told him what I guessed was wrong with my garage door (and I was right) - he politely asked it I wanted him to check out the whole door system. Fortunately he found that a cable was fraying (would have been a disaster), some wheels were worn and ready to come out of the track, and carefully explained where different parts of the system suffer wear and tear (like springs). Zack did a fine job of "rehabbing" my door! Now it is also very quiet going up and down. I recommend this company!

After a Sunday failure of our garage door springs, cables and associated hardware I did an internet search and found and called Precision Garage Doors. My 30yr old rusty garage door catastrophically failed one evening (after hours) stuck shut, locking two cars inside! Many door service websites noted they were closed, & would open 8-9AM. The next morning, we noticed Precision was open 24/7. at 8AM, then were out by 9AM, rescued my cars (forced open the stuck-closed door). Not only that, we were able to schedule a replacement within two days! I wish I had called the night before!

The repair service appointment scheduling was hassle free with their online scheduler. I accidentally hit my garage door while taking my car out and it wouldn’t close . By the time I scheduled the appointment it was night, so I chose the earliest appointment available. The next day morning got a call from Zack reaching out for the details .
